This is an island favorite fall event. It is
the annual competition between restaurants and amateurs for
the best chili. Everyone is welcome an nobody goes away
hungry. Some like it hot and the cooks are there to light your
fire. Honey Horn is still a great location for
our events and is located on the North end of the island where
the Cross Island Parkway meets William Hilton Parkway. Click
here for a
map
of how to find Honey Horn. Are you

One ticket allows you to eat as much chili as you like.
Beverages and anti-acids are extra.. Advanced tickets are
$8.50 and available through any
Kiwanis
member, Burke's Pharmacy, The Internet Cafe in Coligny Plaza
or any location of NBSC bank. Tickets are also available at
the door for $10.00. "Low Country Boil" will
provide musical entertainment. There are two types of
judging. First, the general public is allowed to vote for the
best chili; and there is a group of honorable judges selected
to determine the best chili in both professional and amateur
